The tent\'s inside is laid with bricks and the optional covers can be left on or taken off as you please. Bright and protected from the elements, the Wedding Tent can also be used as a back-up location in case of inclement weather (at no extra cost). Every fall we harvest the olives from these trees to press our own organic olive oil. The Olive Grove was originally the entrance to the resort. Imagine the exquisite beauty of wedding photos taken in a purple sea of lavender fields in full bloom. Instead of walking down the aisle, take a walk down a century-old grove of olive trees that used to serve as the resort main entrance. It has borne witness to much, including weddings dating back to the 1800’s when this was a place to stop and rest for weary stagecoach travelers.
